superb amenities and rooms to say the least. the staff of swan hill house went out of their way to make our stay lovely. the pond is near to the hotel. besides, it was within 400 metres of chapel of st michael.

Easy base for 3 nights. We appreciated location and amenities, they were good. Flat-screen TV, a lounge area and a radio in our SUPERIOR queen room were realy useful during our stay. 30 km away from Exeter International airport.
